Are there any sites who are using any other form of reporting for Meaningful Use instead of CQR? If so, would you mind sharing your reporting method?

We are using SA Ignite MU Assistant on top of the CQR- this tool takes the extract from CQR and makes it easy to get an overall look at your providers.
It is my understanding the Meridios is not certified for MU. We do use this tool for our Quality reporting and dashboards.

We are creating customized crystal reports for the core measures. Unfortunately the CQMs have to be through certified reporting so we may have to use the CQR for those providers who do not do PQRS (if you submit PQRS numbers that counts as CQM submission this year).

Thank you all for the feedback. We have reached out to the above vendors. bruins, do you have someone at your facility who builds the custom crystal reports or are you working with a vendor who does that?

We are using CQR, but having nothing but trouble with it. We do inquiries and they come back blank- and run the same inquiry again and they come back populated. We are considering a third party at this time. So any information is welcome.

bwebb - I am developing them in house. I worked with someone a while ago that mentioned they might take a crack at them as well. I will talk to him and see if he ended up doing that or not and let you know.

I was under the impression that you HAD to use CQR for Meaningful Use as it is the "certified solution". Is this not the case?
We plan on using a third party registry for PQRS, but I thought we were stuck as far as MU goes.

Is anyone successfully using CQR? No technical problems or issues with the results that come back?

No. We have had it installed for a year as of this Friday and results never match what is docuemnted in the chart nots regardless of how many hoops we jump through to chnage workflow processes to meet GE requirments. I lso just found out that the falls CQM is broken, has always been broken, and no date as to when they ar going to get it fixed. How can they knwo something is broken and not fix it??????

We continue to struggle with CQR, and want to see what else is out there. For those of you that have gone with a 3rd party, are you happy with the results? For those of you that are going the Crystal path, would you be willing to share them with me (for a fee of course)?

We also continue to struggle and would appreciate any insight/help that can be shared. With the months ticking away and CQR still not functioning properly, we are considering using Crystal reports. Thanks, Lynn
