Is there a ability to exclude patients out of specific measures? I am trying to remove adolescent patients from the patient access measures. I do not want to exclude them out of all the measures.

My understanding is that all patients have to be included in the denominator even if your state has mature minor statutes.
CMS may have changed their stance on this issue, but we have included them in all of our patient access reporting going back to 2015.
