Can someone explain why CQR is showing " never calculated" when we just calculated a week ago ?
We calculated a week ago and we have calculations. Did you look at the data between then and now? If so was it there? If it was there then I would open a ticket, you should have to recalculate that often. I know prior to re-calculating this last time it had been over a month since our last calculation and it gave us the "never calculated" message too..
Yesterday I told CQR to recalculate one of our physicians for April to see what his final results looked like. At that point he had partial results. After yesterday's recalculation, he now says "no results" for everything in April. I've just told it to recalculate some other MDs to see what happens with them.
So I may be the only person who didn't know this but apparently the calcualtion is user specific. My last calculated date is April 8th; One of my co-workers recalculated on May 1st and her last calculated date says May 1st. I re-calculated one of my providers today so I will let you know what I get tomorrow................. actually scratch that. My co-worker had her time frame set to year and mine was set to continguous 90. Once I set my time frame to year it showed a last calculation date of May 1st. So I would suggest opening a case with GE.

I was having similar issues, after calculating it says no results..... I had to put a ticket in with GE
Turns out we are having issues as well. Those we requested calculation on May 1st are fine (prior to 9.8.8 SP). The one we requested calculation on May 8th (after 9.8.8 SP) showed it had calculated, but the measures say "No Results" I will add our site to your SR. Not sure if it is at all related to SP 9.8.8 or not. Here is our SR number: #1-662859206
I refreshed our CQR for all MD's & they are now blank too. "No Results"
