Ok so I have a major problem , when we upgraded to CPS 12 we seemed to have missed a few things to say the least. I have now been tasked to get our MU problems corrected and get my providers in compliance. Big problem #1 is that IT did not mark our certified MA's as eligible to put in CPOE orders so needless to say our numbers for those measures are almost nill.
My question is this, Can we restart CQR some way after we have went back and corrected ( clicked the check box) so CQR will recognize all the orders placed by the MA's

after checking the box, you can call GE and have them go into the SQL server and resend the information, running scripts, etc. I had to so something similar for CMS68 and CMS147.

We had a few issues gaps - we ended up updating the subscriptions again (stopped and deleted them from the EMR, reloaded) and it reloaded all of the missed data from before (and updated certain things like CMA's for CPOE). We are on EMR 9.8.6 - I would suggest reaching out to GE about this but it was pretty easy (with their guidance). It took about 30 minutes to set up then I just enabled the subscriptions after hours/before the data ingestion was scheduled - 3 days later we had it back dated again.
