I am new to using GE CQR. I have been running reports to evaluate provider performance with our Meaningful Use Core Measures and Clinical Quality Measures. I have one provider that all reports yield "no results" in the clinical quality meaures section of the CQR Reports. Does anyone know of any potential solutions? I am blind to tracking progress without valid reports. Any help would be appreciated...

ISSUE: When a user who was previously able to view measure results logs into the CQR Dashboard they are presented with: "No Results Available"
Possible CAUSE: The GetMeasure Result process is failing in Measure Processing. Example error from Measure Processing Worker Role Karaf window:

RESOLUTION: Request that an engineer on the Cloud Services team stop and start the Measure Processing Worker Role.
at this point you should be using the CQR dashboard. There are a couple websites that GE uses depending on your site so you will have to call them. it should be something like https://dashboard.cqr.gehealthcare.com
