I am not getting any results across 40+ physicians in CQR Stage 2 Measure 7B, we are using Kryptiq as our portal. I can go into messaging and see patients (Denominator) have viewed a message that was sent under the physicians name but when I pull the unmet patient data from the CQR the patient appears. I am turned in a support ticket : GE SR 1-609524217, but they just ask if I have downloaded the latest user guide. I don't know if I am missing something in the set up or workflow. If anyone has this working I would like to hear about your process.

Check your portal setting to see if your "My chart" configuration check boxes are checked for meaningful use. That is a starting place.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH CORE MEASURE 7 B. WHEN I CALLED GE I WAS TOLD THAT IF THE PATIENTS CLICKED ON THEIR CLINICAL VISIT SUMMARY THAT WAS WHAT WAS CAPTURED. WE HAVE HAD PTS VIEW THEIR LABS ABND RESPOND AND THIS IS NOT COUNTED . I WAS TOLD ONLY IF THEY VIEW THE CVS. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO ON THIS AND THIS NOW AFFECTS CORE 17 ( USING SERCURE MESSAGING AS WELL.)ALL OF THE UNMET PTS THAT ARE IN 7B ARE ALSO IN CORE 17 UNDER THE UNMET.
