Does anyone has any issues with the CQR data related to Clinical Quality Measures?

Much of the accuracy of the data for quality measures depends on:
1) The version of EMR/CPS you are on. For instance, EMR 9.8.6 has some CQR's working, but as problems were identified then .7 and .8 and so on corrected issues.
2) Possible that your workflows are not matching up to what the measure is expecting - as in you are posting responses to an OBS code different from the defaults configured by GE. In System Setup is an area to tell what OBS codes you do use.
