Hello All,
We have just watched the GE webinars for CQR and are wondering if anyone has completed the installation of the CQRs?
We are also looking for any feedback on any successes or difficulties you may be experiencing.
Thank you,

We have CQR installed and turned on. We are continually getting "ACK" (acknowledgement?) errors. We have yet to successfully complete the test script with the "CQR Provider" and "CQR Test Patient". We are working with GE Support to try to resolve, but so far have not been successful in seeing our Testing Data or any other meaningful data on the CQR dashboards.
Thank you for your feedback.
GE installed CQR for our site............however, we have not been able to see any functional measures, only CQMs.
Currently, our system has been placed on "Freeze" with no changes allowed to our DB due to system instability.
Without CQR, we are not eligible to attest for MU............and we didn't apply for a hardship exemption because we installed CPS 12 on 5/9/14 and fully anticipated that Centricity was fully prepared.
Are there any other practices who intended to attest to MU 2014 for the first time but who are unable to due to vendor issues? If so, did you apply for hardship?
We, at first, were not seeing any functional measures, but are now seeing them on the dashboard for some of our providers. We are not sure why CQR does not show us anything for other providers. We are actually still trying to successfully make it through the "smoke test" with the CQR Provider that GE had us set up to run the test script. For some reason the data for this provider does not seem to get to CQR.
In CQR, make sure you go to the Measurement Settings in Configuration for each and every provider (one by one), select the appropriate stage, click next, then check all of the appropriate Core, Functional and Quality Measures and SAVE.
