CQR not generating numerator when adding patients from "Add from Chart" option(Kryptiq Patient Portal)

Hi,

Our CQR does not generate numerator for patients added from "Add from Chart" option from the Kryptiq Patient Portal. CQR does generate numerator for patients that were given the PIN generated from Centricity.

Does anyone know why that is happening or what I could do for CQR to start generating the numerator.
