Has anyone else had this trouble when downloading reports? I see that its trying to process my request but does nothing. I was able to download them before but after the recent update they did i have not been able to.
GE has just released an updated version of their analytics product but we haven't installed it yet. We abandoned the CQR product from GE because we found it to be too cumbersome to operate, and having to submit data and wait 24 hours for the results was frustrating. We also found that unless you follow GE's workflows to the letter, the data is just a bunch of blue smoke and mirrors. I know this doesn't answer your question, but thought you might benefit from hearing our experience. We have since built our own solution to generate the numerators and denominators for our MU/PQRS/CQM metrics because we can trust the data and get instant feedback on where a particular provider stands. We prototyped the solution by building the query logic into MS Access which then generates some custom reports. Our practice administrator is much happier now. At some point we will be moving it to SQL server. I feel your pain.
