Hi,
We were asked to provide more information for our Clinical Decision Support requirement. The screenshot needs to include the provider name, the alert and the alert enable date. How do I find the "alert enable date" to screenshot it. I had used some of the alerts on the vital records form such as blood pressure. I would assume that the "alert enable date" was the date the software was installed since it is pre-installed. Is there something I can screenshot for this? Is there a way to put all these requirements in one screenshot? Any help is appreciated.
Also, we are using CPS vers. 12, but the information they are looking for was done on CPS 10 as it has taken almost a year to process our attestation.
Thank you,
Janice
I submitted this information screen shot for my audit, these are always on within the EMR
Thank you for your quick answer. Unfortunately, they will not accept something like that. They said now I need some type of audit log that I have to ask GE for, unless I can screenshot an enable date for that function, which doesn't exist as far as I can tell.
If you are using CCC forms or custom forms that you don't update regularly, you could try going into setup ->chart Documents -> Form components, find the forms you are using and take a screenshot of the details popup, there is a time and date stamp there. Not 100% accurate but it may work for what they want to see.
There is an Audit Report that might help. Reports>MedicaLogic>Audit Reports>Form Component Activation Audit.
Thanks. I tried the Alert Activation Enable Date Report, and all the dates that show up for every component are the date we upgraded to version 12. I am still trying to get payment for 2014 when we had version 10, so that seems to be all wiped out. GE has been absolutely no help at all. I asked for something from them that should have been very easy to produce but they act as if I am asking them to get water from Mars. I wish that I had changed systems instead of upgrading. Very frustrated at this point.
I may have to just send something like this, and hope it is good enough.
I feel your frustration!! Recently been through 2 Audits for 2012 myself. Since I've only been here since late 2015 it was next to impossible to provide supportive documentation. But we made it through both Audits fine. If I come up with anything else I will let you know. 🙁
