We have found an issue with our Clinical Decision Support (CDS)s. If a diabetic patient comes in (that meets the requirements of the CDS) and had a lipid test within the last week, they are still being prompted for a lipid test. The lipid test that was performed was not the same as the one we have listed in our CDS. Has anyone found a way around this? Here is how we have it configured currently

We are also trying to set up our Colonoscopy CDS to be meaningful for our Drs. We currently order all of our colonoscopies as a referral rather than a diagnostic test. Has anyone else ran into an issue with this also?
I am just starting to work on this form. I am wondering where you found the form on the system and did you make a back up of it first? I found that I can use the text editor to make changes but I am worried about a back up copy.
thanks!
I found the form in the c:program files (x86)\Centricity Practice Solutions\Client\CCC\CCCQE-User-Edit-PSIA-Adult. Yes I always make a backup of any ccc form I am working on. I also tend to put the section I am working on in it's own notepad document. That way I don't accidentally edit something.
I looked at that form but apparently not close enough. I am looking at it soon and if I figure out anything I can help you with on your question I will let you know. Thanks for your help!!
