I don't know what I am doing wrong here. I am using the FALLRISK and FALLQNOTDONE OBS terms but when checking the reporting in the GE CQR dashboard, the providers are still at zero.
The code I have populating for it is the 3288F, should any of this be different?
Is this one of the measures that requires a SNOMED code? For that you need to be using the CAM (conditional action metrics) to send the SNOMED codes automatically. We had the same issue with another measure. The CAM's are something GE seemed to gloss over in all of its releases.

CAM? I don't even know what this is... care to explain more as to what this is and requires?
CAM is Conditional Action Metrics and it is part of CCC 9.0. Basically, it is a function that runs through various rules that you can edit/create and places a SNOMED code order if all the tests for that rule evaluate to True. There was actually a webinar on it yesterday through http://www.cpstraining-gehc.com/joomla/ . Supposed to have been recorded and posted soon. Donna Stone did the webinar and demo.
There is still a glitch with this measure. The December Kbase was to fix it, but the mapping criteria changed and the snomed codes listed in the MU guide are not counting. GE is working on this as well. Get it set up as the MU guide shows and you should show a 0% which will work for MU. they are working to fix the true calculations to show the % for PQRS.
brutal. I spent 30 minutes on hold waiting for an answer to this question with GE support, I eventually gave up. Thank you for the insight.
