Hi, I have a provider in one of our practices who has a crystal report to generate a list of patients with outstanding labs that have not been marked as completed in 9.12.
We are trying to figure out a way to generate a letter based of this report. We thought about doing a mail merge. But this may be more work and there is no way to indicate in chart a letter was sent unless we manually go into each chart.
Has anyone come up with an easier solution that will generate a letter, allow you to record a copy of the letter in the chart or at least push a value to an OBS term to indicate a letter was sent?
