Has anyone run the cqr data mapping update script

In the most recent KB (November), there is a section referring to a sql script: spr66467.sql. This is supposed to be run after hours. Has anyone run this, and if so, how long did it take?

Any concerns with running it with all the CQR issues? We do have custom mappings...

What is the script supposed tp do? It was separate from the KB update.
