How do you record vaping?

When we ask patients about their smoking status they report vaping. How do you record this? As it may or may not contain tobacco?

Our providers just wanted the question asked under Tobacco Use. They wanted it treated the same as smoking. Misty

We decided to put this under where we talk about tobacco use as well. We ask:

1. Do you vape/use e-cigarettes?

2. Do you use nicotine?

Then we have a small comment box for notes if needed.
