The time has come when our selected EHR can
directly impact our bottom line in a negative manner.

As you know the CHUG Board's primary job is to advocate on behalf of Centricity users and its a responsibility we take seriously as like you we are users ourselves. Anyways if you are willing the CHUG Board would like to setup a call with you and a few of the Board members to fully hear you out on whats going on and and come up with a plan from there.

I have no real issues right now, but fear that I might in the future. My only question for the chug board would be why it costs so much to go to the meetings.
Just to add, we have lost no money so far but were disappointed in our QRUR ratings despite being in the top quad.... then you find out it might be because of a "glitch" "bug" what have you.
I hear you. Is the support team getting the issue resolved?
The CHUG Conferences actually cost quite a bit to put on and in comparison with some of the other technical conferences I go to they CHUG is either cost competitive or in many cases significantly cheaper. However with that being said I know budgets can be tight and the conferences need to be affordable.
