In CQR, one of our providers show no results for all measures, irrespective of what report range is chosen. She is the only provider out of 37 in total, that has blank for everything. She is a certified mid wife. Does someone have an idea on what may have happened?

It may be a workflow issue. We have that happening with a couple of our midlevel providers and it is becasue they are not making themselves the authorizing provider when performing the MU activities. Could that be your issue?
I would start in CPS, check to see if the provider is marked off as an eligible professional and (legally authorized to enter CPOE orders) are both checked off. Then try again. You may have to have GE get involved to recalculate.
If this winds up being the case, you will need to involve GE. You will need to stop subscriptions for CQR and then change the date on the 2 subscriptions and then import them again. J-Boss also needs to be restarted prior to ingestion on the same day this takes place otherwise it will have no effect on the data being pushed over. We just went through this 2 days ago.....
Many of the office's I support went away from CQR all together. I usually build my own embedded reports.
There is a way to check the insight button in CQR so you can drill down to the provider's measures and numbers. Have you ever done this?
