So are the incentive payments based on calendar year not what stage of meaningful use you have compleated? So as it stands providers that started in 2011 will be recieveing $18,000 for 2011 and $12,000 for 2012 for only compleating stage one.
Am I correct with this statement?

I asked our local AHEC the same question last week and was told: "Yes, we will still attest for our Year Two and will recieve the MCR $12,ooo Payment". Hopeful this is correct 🙂
