Happy Friday.
Is there a list of MU obs terms?
Just curious, as I remember hearing about one.
Thank you.

They were listed in the documentation for the Crystal Reports that GE created for MU Stage 1. Each report's documentation showed what obs terms it was looking for. I don't know if they were documented for Stage 2 like that in the CQR world. They would show in the settings inside each measure.
I've been trying to get an updated guidance document for the updated Crystal MU Reports (1.10.2) from GE for the past week. The guidance document on the portal has not been updated since July 2013. With CQR being (in my opinion) not yet a stable product, we are opting to report MU Stage 1 again under the flexibility rule. However, the lack of updated documentation leaves me dead in the water trying to verify the values the reports return.
Wonder if anyone with a copy of Crystal Reports and experience in report writing could take a peek at the updated reports package and possibly share the logic within.
I'll update this post if GE ever gets back to me on my service request or emails.
I'm glad I am not the only one. I got a little panicked after I saw that the guidance document hasn't been update since 07/13 as well.
I am keeping an eye on this post.

The GE "help guide" for MU doesn't "help" either!
We too are going to attest using the flexibility rule: Crystal Reports for Qtr 1. We meet every measure with no issues but with CQR some measures we are not even close to the minimum threshold. Workflows have not changed, templates have not changed. For instance Diabetic Foot and Diabetic Eye Exams are 0%. We I looked at obs term and snomed, they are correct. Also the patient reminders/preventative reminders are 0%.
I just want to get this corrected for 2015.........
I spoke to a GE rep today to told me that the Achieving Meaningful Use help file (the .chm) is the only documentation available for the updated Crystal Reports.
She informed me that my only other option was to open up the reports in Crystal to find out the logic on my own. I believe I'll be tracking down a Crystal Reports demo and cracking open the report files, shortly.
what a mess.
Try this. It is a 9.5 document from January 2013:
Using Centricity Electronic Medical Record Meaningful Use Reports
That helps.
