Hello,
Is anyone else having problems with this? The CQR and the crystal reports don't match up at all. I have a physician on the crystal report is at 93% and on CQR is at 35%. The measure has not changed so how is GE getting so far off?
Any thoughts are appreciated.
Steph B.
Yes, Crystal reports look at different tables than the CQR. This is why your numbers are not going to match. GE made changes to which tables are effected in CPS 12 to go with CQR.
We are on EMR 9.8 and are experiencing the same thing.
What really has me confused is wildly different denominators for measures. I could understand differences in numerators - that we would have to add/change/remove certain SNOMED codes used for measures. But, denominators which are essentially counting patient visits?
