Has anyone been successful in getting your letters to count on CQR.
For an example.
I sent over 900 for a provider that has 1900 in numerator.
I got a result on CQR of 4 for that batch.
I can go and look at unmet and see patients that got the letter, but they did not move to the met.
I can see the entry in the MuActivity table as well with a "3" status.
Any additional knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Cecil
Was your patients preferred contact method "letter"? We were told that it needed to be "letter". The sad thing about that is preferred contact of letter goes against everything MU and how we want information sent electronically. We have a spoken to GE and I believe there is a script that can be written to fix the issue but we are in the exact same boat as you right now. FORTUNATELY, this measure is not reported electronically like the CQMs are through CQR and you will be able to run your report on the letters sent to get your numerator and denominator and will still be able to attest.... if this is the only one you are missing!

Amy,
I thank you and I believe you are correct. We just have a small percentage of patients that have a contact of Letter. After checking on this it does appear to be my problem. I agree not much thought went in to this as everything else is focused on electronic delivery.
This and 15b were my last ones. But I can manually do 15b without much issue.
Thanks again,
Cecil
