We are seeing a large discrepancy between what Crystal Reports is giving us for a denominator and what we are calculating as a denominator from CPS's Inquiry tool. For instance, one of our physicians gets a denominator in Crystal of 184, whereas the inquiry tool (two reports, one for patients 5 and under and one for patients 65 and older, those numbers added together) gives us a denominator of 361. Why??? These numbers should be same, and if they're not, which one is the number that we need to hit 20% of?
I'm getting really frustrated. Thanks for any help.

Are you checking to make sure those patients (over 65 and 5-under) have been seen by the EP in the last 3 years?
