question-
We are reporting our year 1 stage 1 and 2 for some docs....
Do we have to report only the 90 days? or can I report 60 days for all? Anyone know?

Year 1, Stage 1 is a 90-day reporting period.
Year 1, Stage 2 is a full-year reporting period. However, you'll need to keep a look out for CMS to approve the NRPM. This should reduce the reporting period to 90-day.
