Is anyone is willing to share their documentation for defending attesting to flexibility rule?
Thanks
K,
I would really like to hear more about what everyone is thinking on this subject.
We are a 2 physician practice. We have done MU 1 two times.
We are looking to attest to MU 1 a third time via the flexibility rule (MU 1 year 2 plus).
We were on CPS 10 until DEC 10th 2014. now CPS 12 sp 7.
Any comments are welcome.

We have kept all of the e-mails sent by GE about the v 12 and CQR. We have kept all e-mails that have SPR #'s related to 12 and CQR. We believe these thing would qualify because the delay is related to software development, certification, implementation, testing, or the release of the product by the EHR vendor.
Good luck,
Steph B.
Hi all,
We are doing the same as Steph. I have also kept track of all of the back and forth related to troubleshooting the necessary workflows (chief among them the electronic TOC and all the hurdles we had with the Mass Hiway). We are assuming that tracking the actual vendor/CQR downtimes/issues as well as our continued efforts to "get live" in a timely fashion should suffice. I've also taken the time to write up a synopsis about our troubles and efforts for my MU stage 2 related projects (not sure if that is going to matter but it was necessary to keep my team up to speed anyway).
Thanks,
Mike
