We have been attesting successfully for several years. This year two of our Doctors only worked 7 consecutive months in 2016. Can we still attest for them?, or do they have to work a full year?
I submitted an inquiry to CMS.Gov and unfortunately this is their response:
Thank you for your inquiry, unfortunately, CMS is not accepting questions on the Electronic Health Records Incentive Program at this time. Information about the EHR Incentive programs is available on our website at http://cms.gov/EHRIncentivePrograms/
Any advice?

Lucky us - they finally changed the rules sometime in October to allow a 90-day period!
Look at the EHR reporting period section.

You can always call them, I'm knocking on wood while saying this, but they answer relatively quickly and are extremely helpful
