Since this is a yes/no objective, what are you using to attest to this objective? Our VAR had the following response:
"There is not a “standard report” for this measure due to that it is a yes/no measure; however states the following for best practices for other supporting documentation outside of screenshots of CDS being implemented:

“You must audit these actions but you do not need to count them to fulfill this measure requirement.
The application provides MEL functions UserYesNo and UserOK in encounter forms, document templates, and patient banners to support decision support rules.
System auditing automatically logs user responses to alerts and care suggestions created with MEL decision support functions. You can optionally track, record, and generate reports on the number of alerts responded to by a user.”"
However, if those audits were not being logged, then what?

Hi,
Did you ever find a solution? I have this problem as my auditing mysteriously stops at 2015 even though it is set to audit. GE has been extremely unhelpful and that is the best I can say about them.
