We are running a SQL query for MU Activity Log 521 and not getting any data back for Objective 9. How are you capturing this data. We have auditing turned on and recently upgraded to v7.0.7 (SMPP, SureScripts Portal) which should allow us to get the data. We are on Centricity 9.8.12
Any ideas?

I thought that 521 was to denote 'patient care reminder sent', which may no longer even be tracked. Bu the way, even though I have letters in the 'Actionable' folder, I also get nothing from MU 521.
Are you referring to Fnd 2 Objective 9 = Secure Messaging?
If so, this may be looking for MU 520, Secure Message Sent by Patient.

I was under the impression that we could use 521 for information sent from provider to patient. So what is everyone using?

Is anyone using MU activity Log 519? Is that what we are supposed to use? That's for CVS sent to patient. Not getting anything for 520 either.

We are on SP12 also and no 521 events here either. Someone here recently shared a post from GE forum maybe - Timothy Pierce from 11/3/16 saying people needed SP13 in addition to the SMPP upgrade in order to see that. We were waiting on SP13 because we are upgrading to 9.10 for EPCS. I didn't read through the release notes yet to confirm but wanted to share that at least.

I'm running the Audit Reports to extract data for Objective 9 in Centricity EMR and I'm getting an error.

Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details [Database Vendor Code: 1795]
Does anyone know what that means?
