How to disable the patient email requirement for CPS12 / Kryptiq Patient Portal?
What exactly are you trying to disable?
I am not clear if you are trying to remove a field from a form, or ....
When a patient needs to registered in Patient Portal, it requires to enter email address of the patient. Majority of our patients do NOT have / provide emails.
We use "Add From Chart" workflow of the Patient Portal and do not use "PIN" based workflow. I am trying to find a way to make email input field as a non-required field.

Isn't an email required for the portal for secure message communication on the portal? You could track by the preferred method of contact if they opt out of email.
Can't you just put something like the following in the Patient Registration, since you said that you have it Adding from Chart?
An email is required for the portal, that is what drives the Secured messaging. When the provider sends a message to the portal for the patient, the patient will received an email stating they have a message waiting. Without an email address, the secured message could not generate. I doubt there is any way to make that non-required because secured messaging relies on it.
