Does anyone know if this CQR report for Preventive Care (FNC_2_Core_12) is not working? I know there was an issue and a script had to be ran in order to capture this data for 2014. I have ran letters for all MD' following the "actionable" documentation that GE released and I our reports are still reflecting "0".
You are not alone. Ours too.

Hi,
Make sure of two things: Your patients have "Letter" as the "Contact by" field in registration and that you are using the Inquiry module to find all of these patients and generate the letters.
Thanks,
Mike
Yes, all of our "contact fields" are selected and I am using the inquiry module with the letter being "Actionable". I have followed the instructions GE has released.
I was told by our VAR this report is not working per GE. They can run a script to pick up the N/D.
Are you using the CQR or crystal reports? We've been able to get expected results from our testing but we are also testing 2015 stage 2 measures (we used the crystal reports for 2014 attestation and attested under the stage 1 rules for a third year).
Using CQR.
A couple things to check:
The actionable folder is right under your enterprise level - it cannot be inside any other folder. After the actionable folder you can do any other structure (we go Enterprise -> actionable -> Specialty -> Practice).
Make sure "letter" is the contact method for all the patients and use the inquiry to generate your list (like you've done).
The other thing we did to test was entered two office visits on a test patient for a test MD then checked to see the patient showed in the denominator of the CQR. After we confirmed that we generated a letter and checked again the next day. If this is all set and you are still getting zero's you should contact GE - you may have an issue with your channels/subscriptions/jboss.
