Over this past weekend, CMS released a 200-page document describing many changes to Meaningful Use Stage 2 (and other stages).
* change form 1-year to 90-day period
* elimination of many measures
* change from 5% to 'at least one patient' for patient chart summary access to portal
* ... and more

Other heavy hitters are no more requirements for the CVS (so our providers can go back to a useful document) and portal messaging being a Y/N measure. They also removed 15A (50% of transitions receive a TOC) but left in the 10% via secure electronic HISP in.
Good news!
Keep in mind this is still in "PROPOSED" state, not FINAL.
I would love to know any follow-up information regarding this
