I'm having difficulty uploading our quality data to the QPP site. I'm downloading the report from CQR but am not successful in getting uploaded. It appears to me to be in the correct format. Is anyone else having this issue?
We had some trouble on a few of our providers. It turned out the TIN's did not match. Once the TIN's were corrected, files went fine.
Also, if you are using the QRDA 3 file for ACI measures, the data did not convert from the CQR reports to the QRDA 3 file correctly. GE and Quatris are working on it. The CQM files were not affected.
I was able to manually enter in Advancing Care Information and Improvement Activities. Yes, I was using the QRDA 3 file to upload the Quality measures which fails every time. Do you know of another way to access and upload the data? I'm not sure what the CQM files are . . . . .

I am looking for information on Registries. Is anyone using a registry to submit their 2018 MIPS data to Medicare? If so, would you be willing to share any comments or feedback about the registry you are using? We are an orthopedic practice here in NJ and I am trying to research registries, but there are so many and the pricing is so different.
Also, I cannot seem to "ask a question" on the CHUG website using the "ask a question" button. Does anyone know if there is a glitch with it?
