Hello:
I am looking for information on Registries. Is anyone using a registry to submit their 2018 MIPS data to Medicare? If so, would you be willing to share any comments or feedback about the registry you are using? We are an orthopedic practice here in NJ and I am trying to research registries, but there are so many and the pricing is so different.
By the way, I resolved my problem with not being able to click on the ask a question button.
Thank you.

We used PT360 for 2017 and have resigned to use them again for 2018. We are doing group reporting and one of our clinics is orthopaedic. We were very happy with them and they were reasonably priced.
Michelle, we have used MDinteractive for the past three years and recently submitted all of our data for this year’s MIPS reporting in all categories (Quality, ACI, and Improvement Activities). We also do group reporting and the cost was $349 per provider for submission of all our data sets. We have been happy with them and will likely use them again for 2018 reporting. Perhaps Centricity will eventually have a system that will reliably capture, report, and submit your data without forcing your clinicians into prescribed workflows, but at this point, it appears people really struggle with the CQR system. I would be interested in hearing why folks choose to report their own data and the systems they are using (SQL queries, stored orocedures, third party reporting tools, etc.) to ensure their data is accurate and defensible. I know we had to invest several hours into building the appropriate queries and then spot check out results in the live system, but in the end, it was worth it. Through this process, we discovered several improvement opportunities within our practice and we certainly have a high degree of confidence in the accuracy of the data. It was a painful but rewarding process.
We have used Premier Connect for the past 3 years and have been besieged with numerous problems, resulting in having to do massive manual chart audits at the minute for two of those years. We are still awaiting the ability to move forward this year, but they have not yet finalized their platform. I would NOT recommend.
Hello:
I appreciate your feedback on the registry you are using, but I cannot find Premier Connect on the web. Does it go by another name? Is it owned by a larger company? I just want to make sure we do not stumble into it in our search for a registry.
Thanks.
Michelle
Hello:
I recently posted on CHUG to see if anyone would provide feedback on any registry they are using for their Medicare reporting. I am currently looking at the following ones:
MIPSWizard
Polaris
Health1 Technologies - they provide the reporting and then transfer that data to a registry for Medicare submission
Any feedback on these 3? All of them look nice and helpful but we want our money to be wellspent.
thanks.
