What approach has your organization taken to MU risk assessment management? Do you use existing staff and/or consultants? Do you have a "template" to follow? If yes, would you be willing to share?

If you're looking for a template, the Office of National Coordinator (ONC) updates theirs regularly with step-by-step topics to consider. It started as a rule, then an Excel sheet, now a nice little application: https://www.healthit.gov/providers-professionals/security-risk-assessment
