How do we get secure email addresses set up for Stage 2 MU? I thought it was through Surescripts and I cannot find any documentation anywhere?

Kryptiq or your secure messaging provider should have arrange this a while ago.
almost 2 years ago when kryptiq called me to inform us of this setup.
it was also announced on their website.
Are you referring to Direct Addresses? If so, reach out to Kryptic/SureScripts about the requirements. Basically will need to fill out a spreadsheet (kryptic provided ours) with Provider info, practice location, address, number NPI, Professional Designation, and the direct address for your provider. We created what our direct addresses where to be in direct relation to our portal set up. [email protected]. As you add more providers you will use the updated copy they send you and add all the new provider info (including what you want the direct address to be) and send back to them. SureScripts will in turn send the updated form back to you and update the SureScripts Directory with your providers new direct address. If you are Using the Kryptic Patient Portal you should've been provided this information from the rep assisting with your configuration of the patient portal.
We do not use Krytpiq as our patient portal, Qvera was able to assist us woth obtaining our secure addresses. They work with MedAllies.
Were you able to get this question answered? If you have Kryptiq SMPP, you will need to contact [email protected] to obtain the spreadsheet that is provided by Kryptiq which asks for all of the information they would need to set a direct address up.
