Sending Quality Measures for MIPS through CQR

We have been using CQR now for a couple of years and have always used the Quality Measures just for MU and not PQRS submission. Now with MIPS here and the requirements to send these electronically - I would like to know what the process is to set up QSS within CQR with GE and if there is a cost associated with this. Also, do we still have time to set this up for 2017??
