Has anyone used Elixir / FIGmd for their specialty registries to submit. If so, I'm just curious if you have any comments or suggestions.
Thanks
Cecil
We are currently using FIGmd to report to the Axon registry through AAN for our neurology group. We just implemented in December so it is still pretty new and we've only gotten one batch of preliminary results. The set up was super easy and time required on my part was what I would consider minimal considering what I have experienced with other interfaces. I was initially leary about security but the information they were able to provide eased our concerns. The proof will come when we get our next batch of results which should be fairly soon. You can email me directly if you have further questions. [email protected]
We are working with FigMD/Elixir in our organization. We are starting with 3 practices and 3 established registries (Pinnacle, Diabetes Collaborative, and IRIS). We should have preliminary data in 3 weeks. So far, FigMD has been professional and responsive. I know that they have seen large increase in business and are handling it superbly.
Our plan is to have all 77 practices reporting via FigMD/Elixir by 2017 either with established registries or FigMD's Elixir as a QCDR for specialties without established registries. We have little hope in GE's CQR and feel FigMD is the best approach.
Thank you both for the information. I greatly appreciate it.
