I am curious to know how others are keeping track of the providers that have a secure email. Currently we search and if they are not there it is a wash for a TOC. There are a handful of providers we are familiar with and have them saved in our quick list. Just looking to make this a easier process.

there is a report under Value Pack called Service Provider Direct Addresses.
Also, we use EzyAccess portal, which lists all the direct addresses we have in Centricity.

When you say "a report under Value Pack" - Where is that report located in CPS12.3?

go to the reports module in Centricity, then scroll down to Value Pack and search for Service Provider Direct Addresses.

Did anybody ever figure out where "value pack" is located in CPS 12.3? I can't seem to find it in our system either. Thanks!

I think it is a report group you have to purchase separately as it isn't one of the canned reports that came with the system. We don't have it either. I'd like a list and description of the reports it does contain so I know whether the price to purchase it is worth it or not. Plus, since I was told this is a repository of custom reports they have completed for other clients - will these reports continue to be maintained? After we upgraded to 12.3, we were told that some of the original canned reports weren't going to be maintained any longer.
