We are a small IM practice and recently updated to Centricity 9.12. We have been sending TOC's for several years, but our hospital entities just started sending TOC's to us within the last two months. What is the workflow for receiving the TOC's to get the credit for reconciling the meds, problems and allergies.

I thank you in advance for any assistance that you are able to provide us.
