Is anyone else experiencing issues with CQR correctly giving credit for referrals that are sent electronically? We use CPS with qvera. It seems that everything is working fine except for CQR. Sometimes the patient is not listed in the numerator, and other times the patient does not even make it to the denominator. The MU activity log is getting set, and I can even see the event within the CQR insight...
Thank you,
Diane
It has never been accurate for us either. I have developed a completely different approach using our local HIE and they have created a report for us to use.
Could you elaborate on your approach and how you are tracking this? Is the HIE providing the numerator and you're gathering the denominator? Thanks!
We use EMR and Qvera and I found that if the Referral Order status is not set to In Process when the TOC is generated, it does not count in CQR. Hope this helps.
Does it matter if you set the status to in process and then create the TOC or can you create the TOC and then immediately change the order to in process in the same "change" process?
Our TOC is created automatically as soon as the order is revised and the status changed to In Process. I've tested in the past with leaving the Order in Admin Hold and it didn't count in CQR.
