We are having trouble with reaching the greater than 5% benchmark for view, download, transmit measure for Medicaid Meaningful Use, especially in our Pediatric and Internal Med population. I see that for Stage 3, they are proposing to raise the benchmark to 25%.
Does anyone have a good workflow or method that is helping them be successful with this measure?
