Is there any known workflow for capturing TOC use at this time in C-EMR? I have tried various methods and am seeing absolutely no results in CQR.

sorry, I should have been more clear. I am talking about when we generate a TOC to send to a referring provider via secure message. We are unable to capture the TOC's that we are electronically sending.

We are having the same issue and would love some suggestions, since this is the only measure my providers are not meeting for MU Stage 2, 2015.

we are using Allscripts (formerly kryptiq) as our secure message provider to provider product

Sorry, we are manually sending ours by starting the SMPP-TOC update type.

It appears that if you are sending via secure messaging for the TOC to count means that referring provider needs their secure email address manually updated in the setup.
The only other way it is counting is if you check the box under Orders>Change and "Create Transition of Care Document."

Surescipts has an encounter they create called SM-TOC and it should count. You can only send to providers who have their secure electronic address updated in the provider setup in the appropriate field and this should count.
