Does anyone know how to fill out these fields in ezAccess - Patient Education Settings?

I'm interested in this, but I do not see this in EZAccess. Where did you find it? I searched the user guide, but I don't see any mention of this. I see an MU report that you can run to show patient education activity, but I don't find this setting that you're showing.

It's not in the 2018 users guide. I know that.
It's under Options...

Interesting... We don't have that option under medical settings.

Does anyone know how to determine when changes have been made to ezAccess. We have long struggled with getting notifications of updates to the system or changes in functionality.
I'm not even sure where to go to to obtain a current "User Guide".
How are others tackling this?
