So we had a frontdesk PC crashed and we replaced it with a new one. However, even after installing the correct webcam drivers, when trying to access internal Centricity Webcam program, we get the msg "failed to acquire image from device". But it works fine when I'm in the admin account. We tried to do the work around with Capture.avi in root C but that doesn't seem to work. I seen some questions about this from 2015, just wondering if there's a fix in 2017 ? We're currently running CPS 12.0.11.2254

Disable UAC if your users are not local admins.

Also use the camera and not the webcam option.
