You really can't, all you can do is do a comparison to see if it is pulling accurate data.

Hi CHUG, i need to update the crystal reports in CPS for MU and I need some help. I have downloaded the most current version (Jan 2011), but I need help with the following steps. Would anyone be so kind as to help me do this? Today if possible or tomorrow? Pretty please?
1. you will have to run the correct version of the sql script on the database. One is for the standalone (it is EMR_master_script.sql) and the other one is for CPS(CPS_Master_script.sql)
2. Then copy the meaningful use reports to the crwrpts folder under the client folder on your work station
3. then import the clinical kit listed in the MeaningfulUseReports folder into centricity.
After you have done that, go to the chart and go to Reports. On the Reports tab, you should now have these folders listed under the reports folder.

I think I ran the script and followed all the instructions...but how can I tell if my reports are up to date...like if the new version replaced the old version? Does anyone know?

We need to modify one of the reports. The report that counts the clinical visit summary needs to point to the summary we actually use, not the one provided by GE. We have no technical ability so we would be happy to pay someone to help us with this.
