Hi all,
I have been struggling on a pre-visit form with creating overlaying visibility regions determined by age and where it is editable or just read only.
My low effort thought (due to time lines) is to create separate tabs for each age range but then some questions like HDL, LDL, etc will exist across the tabs and to my knowledge, show up several times throughout the note.
Would it be best to remove the chart note translation in each of the fields and then just type out the whole of note within a field (like text or heading?).
What are your thoughts?

Use the option on the visibility region in the lower left hand corner that says "Suppress translation if region not visible." That way only the fields that are pertinent to the patient will translate to the note, and duplicate fields in other visibility regions will not translate to the note.
