I have a custom form with an action button calling MEL_ADD_MEDICATION. This functionality is intermittently not launching the medication module for one physician only. I’ve tried refreshing his Citrix profile, but that didn’t resolve the issue. GE suggested I create a new login for him, but I’m trying not to do that. Has anyone seen this before?

If it is a reproducible problem, turn on MEL tracing and try and recreated the problem. If you get a good MEL trace of it there should be an error message of some sort. If you are having a problem interpreting it, post the results here.
