Automatically sending TOC using SM-TOC form

I was testing out SM-TOC form downloaded from surescript website. When the document is signed TOC is generated and sent automatically.

I want to implement it in a different form but cannot find function that is triggered to send Direct Message.

Has anyone used this SM-TOC form? Thanks in advance.
