Does anyone have a report they'd be willing to share that shows all the CPT codes ordered by a provider for a certain date range. Thank you!

If you're OK getting this information from the PM tables, this built in Centricity report may be of some assistance - at least the queries behind it.
Procedures by Patient report
Description - Generates a summary of procedures, sorted by patient, that have been delivered by a provider and entered on a visit. The report groups patients by provider.
Type - Patient report
Folder - Reports > Patients

Hello, I was wondering if I can get help or if anyone is willing to share how to run this report please? I am looking for CPT code report sorted by date of service, resource provider, and patient name. I have tried using Chart Inquiries through EMR and exporting to excel sheet that way but it gives me information i don't need and it doesn't split the data into different cells. Thank you in advance.
