Hi, has anyone successfully used a QR barcode on a crystal report? If so, could you please send me a copy?

I haven't done so, but if I am understanding correctly, you want to build on the fly a QR Barcode that includes the Patient's name, DOB, and/or MRN in the QR Barcode, correct?
I did a quick Google search and found some interesting articles. I think the following one seemed to have some good information about how you'd have to have specific dll's that would allow you to do this and even gives a small number of vendors that deal with these dll's.

Depending on what you were trying to use it for it might be easier use a barcode font and put the patients MRN on it.

Thank you! The struggle is getting the crystal report to automatically generate a new QR code for each patient. I think that may be impossible. Thanks for the sharing the link!
